MR. RANA DESAI - Managing Director

Mr. Rana Pratapsinh Desai has been associated with solar panel industry for over 5 years.He has a master’s degree in solar energy engineering from Dalarna University, Sweden. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Solar Engineering. He can successfully build and manage a diverse group of employees, achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment, manage operations and adapt processes within time and budgets. Mr. Rana Desai is strong team leader with a pragmatic approach in getting the best out of your talent.

DR. PRATAPSINH DESAI - Advisor ( President – ISTE, New Delhi )

Dr. Pratapsinh K. Desai has 34 years experience in the field of Technical Education. Visited around 35 countries to study the education systems around the globe. Working on various committee of government. Area of Research Design & Development of Femur bone prosthesis. Publish numbers of research papers at national & international level. Delivered no. of key note lectures on India & abroad.

DR.RANAGANAYAKULU BODAWALA - Consultant ( MBA, Ph.D. Harvard School of Public Health, Boston )

Dr. Ranganayakulu Bodavala heads the Hoshang Patel Tech Center, at GIT, Lavel, Maharashtra. MBA & Ph.D. in information systems and was a Takemi Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health, Boston. Worked for 16 years as an expert in Public Health systems in Word Bank-funded Health projects in India, JICA-funded projects in Uzbekistan, Malawi, & UNICEF in Afghanistan, UNIDO in Kenya, Tanzania. Received World Bank’s Development Marketplace Award, the lighting Africa award, the Govt. of India’s annual solar awards & awards from several trusts/foundations for developing & spreding solar systems.

Dr. Vilas Bugade - Consultant ( M.E. Ph.D, Professor – KIT COE, India)

Research in Short Grid Integration with renewable energy source. 8 Years experience in Solar System Design & Installation. Experience of Design & Installation of around 3 MW solar system in pune
